The Late Nite Series October 22, 2011

Now entering its 14th year, the "Non English Speaking Spoken Here: The Late Nite Series," curated by eg bailey and Laurie Carlos brings some of America’s most dynamic interdisciplinary performers together to explore the cross-currents of contemporary culture through music and sound, text and images, movement and dance. Featuring innovative cellist Nioka Workman, Curio Dance (MN Originals), local storyteller Katherine Glover, and Daniel Alexander Jones, among others.

2011 performances will take place on Saturday, October 22, November 5, and November 12. Food is available starting at 8 pm where audiences can mingle with artists before the show. The show starts in the theatre at 9 pm.
Added Bonus: Obsidian Arts opens their 55407 exhibit in the Pillsbury House Theatre lobby on October 22 and the exhibit will remain up throughout the run of The Late Nite Series.
