Irene will guide us through a process of discovery regarding the degree to which negative words are pervading the messages we put out to clients, potential customers and even the businesses we deal with for sustaining our companies.

How much might each of us transform our language and have successful and profitable opportunities leading us to living daily lives of Appreciation and Gratitude even for dealing with difficult situations.
