About the Instructor: Hazel Wood has been a Certified ChiRunning and ChiWalking Instructor since 2003 and has taught the technique to over a 1000 runners including many Team in Training members, running groups, corporations as well as individuals and triathletes. She has over 30 years running experience from all distances from 5K to 50 miles and has often placed in the top 3 of her age group.
