On Wednesday, March 21st, celebrated cook, food critic, magazine editor and television star Gail Simmons will be visiting the historic James Beard House to read selections from her memoir, Talking with my Mouth Full: My Life as a Professional Eater. The seasoned Top Chef judge and Special Projects Director of Food & Wine magazine will share anecdotes from her inspirational journey from amateur eater to world-famous food expert, providing insight into how she came to live the dream so many “foodies” could only imagine.
