The Philadelphia Orchestra presents a panel discussion on music education and the role it plays in children's learning and development. Panelists will include James Undercofler, senior adviser and consultant to the orchestra; Linda Chen, deputy of teaching and learning of the School District of Philadelphia; Virginia Lam, music content specialist for the district; and Gary Steuer, chief cultural officer of the Office of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy.
