Perhaps the most famous and popular of the Sherlock Holmes mysteries this gripping tale deals with the curse of the Baskerville family—and the fiendish killer-hound which stalks its members. As the action begins Sir Charles Baskerville has died under mysterious circumstances, and his nephew and heir, the young Sir Henry, has been threatened even before his arrival at Baskerville Hall. Enlisting the aid of Sherlock Holmes he sets out for his ancestral home on the Devon moor in the company of Dr. Watson, Holmes' trusted colleague, a journey which brings him to danger, mystery and a series of events which build steadily in menace and suspense. Hard pressed to protect his charge, and to fathom the strange mishaps which beset him, Dr. Watson is much relieved when Holmes himself appears—to trap the diabolical killer who stalks Sir Henry and to unravel the fascinating mystery which accounts for his evil actions.

“The Hound of the Baskervilles” will be performed at the Parker Mainstreet Center, 19650 E. Mainstreet in Parker, Co on Friday, September 26 and October 3 at 7 p.m., Saturday,*September 27 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, October 4 at 7 p.m. Adults $12.00, Youth/Senior $10.00

*On Saturday, September 27 Parker Arts Council will hold a special Dinner Theatre Fundraiser presentation of “The Hound of the Baskervilles” at Indochine Restaurant. Dinner will begin at 6:00 p.m. followed by “The Hound of the Baskervilles” at 7:30 p.m. Adults $ 35.00, Children under 12 $25.00.

Advance Tickets sales start Saturday, September 6, and are available by calling 303-841-4500, in person at the Parker Recreation Center, 17301 Lincoln Ave, Parker, CO or at the door the night of each performance.
