The Hornets 'Fan Up' Playoff Pep Rally April 17, 2008

To celebrate the end of the regular season and get the entire city ready for the excitement of the playoffs.

The pep rally is open to the public and will feature the entire Hornets team and coaching staff from 6:30-7 p.m., performances and appearances by Hugo, the Honeybees, the Used To Bees, Hornets Drum Line and emcees Rob Nice and Brittany. Live music will be provided by The Topcats.

In between performances, fans can take advantage of specials offered by Gordon Biersch, Ernst Cafe, Grand Isle Restaurant and Aidan Gill for Men. Interactive games and the Best Western Bookmobile will be set up for families to enjoy, and hundreds of giveaways will be given out to lucky fans in attendance.

Fans are encouraged to come out and show their Hornets pride by wearing Hornets gear and cheering on the Hornets as they prepare for the playoffs. The entire city is encouraged to wear Hornets merchandise all day today.
