The Hopeful Romantics formed in 2009; a bunch of friends that just can’t help but play what doesn’t get played on the radio. Paying no attention to a particular style, their own Americana sound has emerged blending roots, country, folk and rock....sometimes dark and swampy, sometimes light and sweet. Always authentic and satisfying. Heavy on the strings, their triple guitar lineup has earned them the description “The Molly Hatchett of Folk”.
