Homeless musicians share their stories in a unique performance.
Crisis Skylight London has teamed up with Squeaky Gate - a music education charity- to produce a show of original, heart-felt music direct from the people who have been homeless on the streets of the capital. The show will give them a voice through music and enable them to share their experiences.
The Homeless Oratorio will feature original music developed and performed by homeless musicians, members of Crisis Skylight London. The performance will also feature musicians from the London Symphony Orchestra and Choir With No Name.
Margaret Philips, Head of Crisis Skylight London, said: “This show will give people a voice through music and enable them to share their experiences of homelessness’
Set in the fantastic venue of St Paul’s Church in Covent Garden - will give an insight into the diverse stories of those who have been homeless on the streets of London, as well as an ideal break from Christmas shopping.
