In the midst of trials and tribulations, God is faithful and He alone is worthy of the praise! In Saved But Not Delivered we witness situations that are sometimes beyond our control. We look to the left and we look to the right until we find there is no one that can be there for us like God can. Tiffany is a young woman who has just had a newborn baby who left her husband with her 5 older kids all because of her night life in the streets. She believes that this is the way to live and take care of her family until she confides in a man who will not only take her body for granted but abuse her in such a way that will leave her in filth; He is Jehovah Jireh-your Provider. Drake, Tiffany’s husband struggles with the concerns of his wife and raising their 5 teenage children. “Q”, which is their oldest teenage son has become this disobedient child and has chosen to hang out in the streets selling drugs. Diamond is a faithful wife who is in denial of what her husband Anthony could be doing with their money that keeps their bank account in the negative. She’s much older in age than he is so her friends try to plant things about her husband in her head but the blinded eye just won’t see. Amber is the ring leader of disliking Anthony. She seems to have the answers to everyone problems. Just when you thought you could not take the heartache and the pain, when there seemed like there was no sunshine and always rain, when your back was against wall and your friends were not around, when the toils of life seem to weigh you down, Frisby declares in this drama that “Jesus is a friend that I have found!” You can be saved from the hands of the enemy but are you delivered from your guilt, hurt, shame, and defeat?
