Web designer to the Internet Stars Jeff Veen is puzzling over the tension in making stuff for ones self or to serve others.

“Good web designers have to have empathy” he says. They have to feel through the user’s perspective. But what about his own desires. Isn’t he a user too?

Joining Jeff will be poet, writer, Intersex activist and powerful presence Thea Hillman who will be writing a new piece for this very show on sex parties.

In attempting to help developing countries, who's serving who? Our third guest is April Rinne, an expert in microfinance who has worked literally all over the world.

As a special treat Stanford Law Professor Larry Marshall will also be joining us. larry runs the Stanford legal clinics and is the driving force behind the work that led then-Governor Ryan to commute the sentences of everyone on Illinois death row. Larry was also one of my law professors. He is an amazing and inspiring man. If I'd listened to him more, I might have even become a lawyer.
