Belcourt Castle in Newport will be holding its annual Halloween Ball. Enjoy a night filled with Halloween Spirit, in a Gilded Age mansion, built originally for Oliver Hazard Perry Belmont. Costume Prizes awarded in many categories and door prizes. Costumes range from the most pedestrian to the most elaborate ever seen...come share the spirit and celebrate!!!
