Join us in the Pavilion, at the Stamford Marriott Hotel & Spa, Thursday, November 19th, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. as we celebrate green technology and sustainability, at the last Stamford GreenDrinks of the year!
Sponsored by Community Innovations Grants Program and the CT Clean Energy Fund, The Green Faire at GreenDrinks will have a lively mixture of people from NGOs, academia, government, non-profit and business. Come along and you'll be made welcome. Just say, "Are you green?" and we will look after you and introduce you to whoever is there. It's a great way of catching up with people you know and also for making new contacts.
Our special guest, Peter Fusaro, Chairman of Global Change Associates and best selling author of What Went Wrong With Enron, is our featured speaker. Mr. Fusaro has been actively engaged on energy and environmental issues for 34 years. He is an energy industry thought leader, noted for his keen insights in emerging energy and environmental financial markets for many decades. He has been on the forefront of energy and environmental change for over 30 years focusing on oil, gas, power, coal, emissions, carbon trading and renewable energy markets. Peter is currently advising in the clean energy technology arena and is on the board of six cleantech startups.
Other Green Faire features include high-tech green product exhibitors, free samples, the GM Fuel Cell car and a special reception for the Stamford area winners of the Fairfield County Green Coast Awards.
The Green Faire at Stamford GreenDrinks is working in conjunction with the East Coast Greendrinks Climate Change Action, whose purpose is to support Climate Change Action and 350.org.
