Halloween Parade: 2-3 p.m. - Parade through the streets of downtown. Must wear a costume!

Halloween Trick-Or-Treat: 3-4 p.m. - Trick-Or-Treating at area businesses.

*Free horse drawn trolley rides all afternoon!
