Scores of new buildings at the Morris Arboretum's Garden Railway this summer will transport visitors to the far ends of the earth. Spanning the globe, visitors will experience magical visits to such places as The Great Wall of China, Hagia Sophia, The Giza Pyramid and more. The Garden Railway buildings are the creation of famed garden railroad architect, Paul Busse who designs elaborate, three-dimensional structures made of natural materials. Amazingly accurate in detail, his creations look remarkably like they were constructed from actual building materials. Only upon further inspection can the natural materials be identified as bark, leaves, twigs, hollow logs, mosses, acorns, dried flowers, seeds and stones.
