On April 6, Goldberger will anchor a panel discussion titled “Defining ‘Good’ Design: Architecture that Stands the Test of Time.” The discussion will focus on the Rogers architectural legacy — the career of James Gamble Rogers I, designer of many of the buildings at Yale University, and of his nephew, the celebrated Winter Park architect, James Gamble Rogers II. In addition to Goldberger, the panel will include Connecticut-based architect James Gamble Rogers III (grandson of JGR I) and a well-known Winter Park architect and founder of the Friends of Casa Feliz, Jack Rogers (son of JGR II, architect of Casa Feliz).
