This program explores classic French wines, Old & New World wine making approaches, how to read labels, major regions, and regulations governing wine production.

Each class will include a tasting of up to 15 wines per day. Stemware and bottled water also included.

The French Wine Program is designed for wine enthusiasts, the restaurant industry and members of the wine trade.
