The French Wine Program October 23, 2010

France, one of the largest wine-producing countries in the world, founded and developed the modern basis for wine growing and wine making. This program explores classic French wines, Old & New World wine making approaches, how to read labels, major regions, and regulations governing wine production.

Discover Wine & Spirits has an incredible lineup of instructors. Our instructors credentials include: WSET Diploma Graduates (D.W.S.), Bordeaux Wine Council members, Certified Wine Educators (CWE), and Master of Wine Candidates.

October 23, 2010: Alsace, Beaujolais & Champagne
November 6, 2010: Burgundy
November 13, 2010: Loire Valley & Rhone
November 20, 2010: Bordeaux
December 4, 2010: Languedoc-Roussillon, Provence & Southern France

Schedule: 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Each class will include a tasting of up to 15 wines per day. Stemware and bottled water also included.
