The Free State Of Patrick Festival April 24, 2009

Historian Tom Perry hosts authors, historical groups and vendors in this one day festival in his hometown just outside Mount Airy NC in Ararat, Virginia. This event is located 3.7 miles north of the J. E. B. Stuart Birthplace and 0.7 miles south of Blue Ridge Elementary School on Riverside Drive(Ararat Hwy) NC 104/VA 773.
