Innovation comes from people who are continuously interacting with and gaining a deeper understanding of their customers, and then using this innovation to create more effective ways of solving their problems. What's changing in this dynamic is how companies are interacting with their customers. Ethnographic observation and surveys are being replaced by techniques that create rich and actionable results.

This half day event will focus on how you can develop the understanding that leads to innovative new products. With a learn, do, have approach the event will include a keynote address talking about best practices, a hands-on workshop where you will actually be innovative, and a panel discussion focusing on how to incorporate customers in the innovation process. By the end of the day you will be inspired, empowered and equipped to begin your own innovation program.
