St Albans' No1 gastropub is bringing a little bit of the country to to the urban sprawl of London. A series of pop-up events and wild food demos are in store to so we can enjoy a real country feast.
Wild, foraged, hunted, preserved, and caught - that's how the food you'll eat at The Foragers wild food kitchen will end up on your plate.
From berries to birds, nothing goes to waste, and everything comes from the British countryside.
Each feast starts with a wild food demonstration, and ends with homemade jasmine chocolates. In between you can expect things like Venison Three Ways, Butterbean Kiev with Hedge Garlic, and Pheasant served on Smoked Pork Belly.
