The Field/DC December 2, 2007

A partnership with Dance Place, The Field/DC and Liz Lerman Dance Exchange, The Field/DC supports the development of new artistic work. Participants engage in workshop sessions where works-in-progress are shown and a feedback exchange designed by artists takes place. Facilitated by Laura Schandelmeier, the Fieldwork structure reveals how each work is perceived by the other participants and provides detailed information that helps artists to hone their creative vision. Rather than instructing, Fieldwork supports the vision and authorship of each artist.

TICKETS: $22 general admission; $17 members, students, teachers (PreK-12), professional artists & seniors; $8 for children 17 & under – unless noted otherwise.
