The Feast of Saint Joseph: An Evening of Sicilian Culinary Delight May 11, 2009

Award-winning cookbook author Carol Field and cooking school teacher/art historian Fabrizia Lanza, of Anna Tasca Lanza Cooking School, will share the hidden and unique Sicilian culinary traditions associated with the magnificent "Feast of Saint Joseph." Fabrizia Lanza will air her original short documentary film on the ritual foods associated with the festival, a holiday important throughout Italy but one that has particularly rich gastronomic significance in Sicily.
