'The Fashion Show' features works on paper from the permanent collection in which clothing plays a central role in the image. In these works, artists lavished particular attention on clothing details and textiles ranging from dresses, kimonos, coats, ruffs, lace, jewels, gloves, hairstyles, powdered wigs, and hats, to denim, leather, and body piercings.
