The Face of Contemporary Art in China December 7, 2006

Featuring more than 40 works in various media by a variety of artists, 'The Face of Contemporary Art in China' illuminates an exciting period in Chinese culture. Comprised of works from two private American collections, this exhibition demonstrates a departure from nationalistic art, or Socialist Realism, in the post-Mao era.
