The Fabulous Punch and Judy Show is a dark comedy based on the puppet show Punch and Judy which was first staged in 1832, The Fabulous Punch and Judy Show revives a classic tale in a no holds barred journey that unmasks what it means to be truly Australian. Playwright Brent Thorpe and musical director Billy O’Riordan stage the adult pantomime with hints of burlesque, vaudeville and grotesque theatre.
