At some point in time, grief touches us all. But most people are at a loss or uncomfortable as to how to react and interact with others in the midst of this difficult situation. Our professionally-trained and experienced instructor helps you feel more at ease and proactive as these events inevitably occur. This informative and empathetic presentation provides a unique opportunity to learn how to reach out and support a grieving friend or family member and can also be helpful to people who are going through the grieving process themselves. Discuss what is helpful and useful to say and do and what might not be and why. Time is provided to address individual questions, and participation in this class helps you gain confidence in better understanding what most people encounter during the normal, healthy grieving process and how this applies to significant changes and losses as you encounter them throughout your lifetime.
