The Ethan Allen Institute's 15th Anniversary Celebration November 12, 2008

We’ll celebrate the Institute’s fifteen years of steadfast, principled defense of individual liberty, private property, limited government, strong communities, competitive free enterprise, respect for the constitution, and increased economic opportunity for all Vermonters.

Our featured speaker is John Stossel, the renowned co-anchor of ABC’s 20/20 program. In his years in network journalism he has received 19 Emmy Awards. His investigative journalism programs include Are We Scaring Ourselves to Death, The Blame Game, Boys and Girls Are Different, The Trouble With Lawyers, Sick in America, and Is America Number 1?.

His books include best sellers Myths, Lies, and Downright Stupidity: Why Everything You Know Is Wrong, and Junk Science: What You Know That May Not Be So. (They’ll be available for autographing at the celebration dinner.)
