The Earth Balloon November 3, 2007

Journey to the centre of the Earth in the Royal Borough's Earth Balloon, a 6 metre inflatable model of our physical world. The balloon will be erected in the centre of All Saints church. This visual transformation will help visitors to engage with issue of sustainability, bio-diversity, fair trade and their personal responsibilities for the stewardship of our physical environment.

During the day there will be a number of free workshops for all ages highlighting issues such as climate change, sustainability, fair trade and other global issues.

Entry to the event and workshops is free. Lunches and other refreshments will be available to buy on the day.

This event is part of a celebration weekend at All Saints Church, celebrating our 150th anniversary.
