The E Project announces upcoming auditions for "Lunch Hour" by Jean Kerr May 29, 2009

The E Project announces the upcoming auditions for their production of Lunch Hour by Jean Kerr. Needed are 3 men and 2 women. This classic American romantic comedy, originally starring Gilda Radner, is sure to be a great time for audience and actors alike! The production will be directed by Donna Sipes.

Auditions are Friday May 29th 6:00 - 9:00 & Saturday May 30th 1:00 - 4:00. Actors are asked to come prepared with a one-minute comedic monologue and be ready to read from the script.
Rehearsals will begin mid-June and performances are Friday and Saturdays, August 7 - August 29 at 7:30pm. To set up an audition time, please contact Donna Sipes at: donna@theEproject.org.

Synopsis: Oliver and Nora are your typical married couple. He is busy working while she is busy shopping. Or is she? A phone call from a mysterious woman, too many trips to the deli, separate sleeping arrangements all lead to the growing suspicion that something more than a summer breeze is blowing through the Hamptons. Is it the 7-year itch or merely a crazy 23 year old girl’s "Little Match Girl" courage that cause a professional marriage counselor to "open up" and realize that love can be discovered during the hours before lunch.
