Popular speaker Tim Zadel has worked at Madronia Cemetery in Saratoga for 16 years, and has been a docent for History San Jose even longer. Entitled, "The Dead Speak, " Zadel will provide a brief history of the origins of Saratoga and the Madronia Cemetery and then share stories about those who have made Saratoga their permanent address. Beyond local color, many were players in events of much broader renown, interest, and significance. From early pioneers to much more recent arrivals, learn about Saratoga connections to history you know and history you will learn.
