Come out to the Dash 5K and Doggie Run benefitting the Washington Animal Rescue League! It will be a fun-filled day with adoptable dogs from the League, vendors, and we will be debuting our newest program, Rescue Runners, in the Doggie Run! Rescue Runners is a program that was started in September where League staffers and shelter dogs go for a 1-mile jog each morning. It helps our dogs stay active and more relaxed during their days at the League!
Date: November 7, 2010
Time: Packet pickup: 7:30-8:15 a.m.
Doggie Run begins at 8 a.m.
The Dash 5K begins at 8:30 a.m.
Doggie Run Registration:
Well-behaved canines may participate with their owners in the 1-mile Doggie Run/Walk. Water bowls and treats for the dogs will be provided at the start/finish area. Doggie disposal bags will be provided at the start to the doggie dash.
Early online registration is $20 until October 24, 2010
Late online registration is $25 from October 25-November 5, 2010

Dash 5K Registration:
The Dash 5K packet pickup will be available the morning of the race. The Dash 5K is a chip-timed event. All participants must pick up their packets and chips prior to the race start between 7:30 a.m. and 8:15 a.m.
Early online registration is $30 until October 24, 2010
Late online registration is $35 from October 25-November 5, 2010
All participants in the Doggie Run and/or Dash 5K will receive a coupon for a FREE smoothie from Smoothie King. There will also be FREE smoothies at the finish of the Dash 5K and Doogie Run! You can also access a coupoun from Smoothie King for a free small smoothie with the purchase of any medium smoothie until October 30, 2010 by clicking here.
