Five daughters of a Qing household gather to prepare a sumptuous feast of crabs and to set up a poetry club. Singapore director Goh Boon Teck’s portrayal of a lyrical world inspired by the poems of the Dreams of the Red Chamber comes alive with ‘live’ painting by artist Hong Sek Chern and Liszt preludes that will caress your innermost emotion and sensibilities.
