Moore first came to the public's attention as a child performer on the popular children’s TV series "Zoom."

Mark Barkan has written hit songs recorded by Nat King Cole, Connie Francis, Manfred Mann, Leslie Gore and Dusty Springfield. His credits as a composer/lyricist include the title song for the Doris Day starrer, "Do Not Disturb," songs in three Elvis Presley movies and "The Tra La La Song" for the cartoon series The Banana Splits.
