The Cheese Course: Cheese & Champagne Classes February 15, 2013

The Cheese Course, a European-style artisanal cheese shop and bistro, is kicking off February with a month of enticing promotions, classes and tastings for the cheese aficionado available at all locations. From February 4th through February 28th all locations of The Cheese Course will be offering Cheese and Champagne classes. Bring your loved one(s) for an evening of cheesy fun and bubbly sips. Cheesemongers will guide you through the perfect pairings fit for any tastebuds during this cheese and champage course. Learn the origin of champagne and how it matches up to cheese from each major category. Taste your way through 5 to 7 specially selected cheeses paired with 3 to 4 champagnes.
