Billy Dawn Smith established his own recording label, Hull and Coed Records, which was an industry leader in the fifties, when rock 'n' roll defined popular entertainment. With over 800 songwriting titles to his credit, the works of Billy Dawn Smith have been performed by such iconic luminaries as Nat King Cole, Aretha Franklin, Perry Como, Pat Boone, Percy Sledge, Fabian, The Platters, The Righteous Brothers, Wilson Pickett, Ruth Brown. Clyde Mc Phatter, The Heartbeats, and many others. His music will be performed by a variety of different artists and bands.
