The Beijing Green Train June 26, 2009

On the evening of Friday 26th June, a critical mass of up to 100-200 riders opting for an alternative to carbon polluting modes of transport will travel as a group of cyclists from their respective work places.

The riders will join at various stops en-route to the finish line at The Village, where they will celebrate their achievement. By taking part in the Green Train, riders will:
- Learn more about & help raise funds for the Roots & Shoots Yunnan Bicycle Challenge 2009
- Support the environment by promoting a healthy, eco-friendly approach to commuting
- Ride away with a truly memorable experience of having been part of a spontaneous, creative, eco-inspired event
