The Basics of Writing a Business Plann March 18, 2011

This workshop will provide you with step-by-step instructions for writing each major section of your business plan, including the Business Description, Marketing Plan, Operations Plan and Financial Plan. You will learn how to access and use our Financial Projections Excel Spreadsheet to produce 3-year projections of your income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement. You will also receive guidance on overall style and appearance. Following this workshop, it is recommended that you register for "Financing Your Business" if you plan to seek financing from a lender.
