The Balmoral Classic: Remembrance Day Parade November 11, 2007

The Balmoral School of Piping presents its Inaugural Event, the Balmoral Classic, a weekend of traditional music and culture that will mark Western Pennsylvania as a center of bagpiping excellence. The weekend’s events will be open to the public, and with attendees coming in from all over the tristate area, we are sure it will be an event not to be missed! A Remembrance Day Parade of massed pipe bands will march through downtown Pittsburgh as they celebrate the individuals who gave their lives for this country. The parade will begin at the David Laurence Convention Center and will march to the First Presbyterian Church of Pittsburgh, where there will be a worship service to conclude the weekend.
