Classes are open to men of all yoga abilities and fitness levels, you do not need to be a seasoned yogi to come. Beginners are encouraged to attend. Classes are paid by donation's so all feel they can afford to attend. Suggested donation is $10-$20 per person, but simply offer what you can.
Please bring your yoga mat, water, your donation, and a hand towel if you sweat.
Also feel free to bring a friend.
All classes are taught by David Oliphant, RYT (more info at www.yogawithdavid.com) .
All classes are 60 min in length and begin on time.
