The Alchemical Quest July 6, 2012

Join others for the opening celebration of The Alchemical Quest, a new exhibit featuring rare books drawn exclusively from the collections of CHF's Othmer Library. Tom Twardowski will bring alchemical endeavors into the 21st-century lab with a series of live demonstrations, and curator James Voelkel will speak about the exhibit's creation and his work as CHF's curator of rare books. Demonstrations will take place at 5:15 pm, 6:15 pm, and 7:15 pm. Curator talks take place at 6 pm and 7 pm. There will be tours and hands-on activities throughout the evening.
