The 7th Annual New Jersey State Ice Cream Festival July 18, 2009

Ice cream parlors from throughout the state compete for the title of New Jersey’s best at this yearly festival in Downtown Toms River. Fun for the whole family, with games, rides, food and entertainment, and best of all, ice cream tasting, with tasting kits available for a small fee.
