Annapolis Maritime Museum Hosts 7th Annual Boatyard Beach Bash Saturday, September 17
From Florida to Maine, Parrotheads unite in Annapolis!
The Annapolis Maritime Museum announces the 7th Annual Boatyard Beach Bash on Saturday, September 17. Title sponsor Boatyard Bar & Grill is partnering with the Museum again this year and will be bringing in former Coral Reefer steel guitar great, Doyle Grisham, along with the John Frinzi Band from Florida, Jim Morris and James “Sunny Jim” White for an evening full of great music on the shore of the Chesapeake Bay.
“Over the past six years, the Boatyard Bar & Grill along with other sponsors have raised more than $200,000 to help support the Museum’s educational programs. This past year alone, we hosted more than 1,800 local students in our education programs and look forward to increasing that number this year, thanks to those who will attend this annual fundraiser.” said Museum Director Jeff Holland. “We are humbled by the support the community has shown us.”
Tickets, priced at $60 per person, include a grilled buffet dinner provided by the Boatyard Bar & Grill and are on sale now at www.amaritime.org. There is also a special “VIP Package (Very Important Parrotheads) ticket package available which includes the pre-party to meet and greet the band, open bar and elaborate hors’d oeurves.
