Enabling the High Reliability Organisation: Improving Data Accessibility and Reporting to Deliver Best Practice Solutions to Support Asset Management, Project Development and Maintenance Decision Making
25 & 26 September 2012
Asset Information Management (AIM) is currently undergoing a period of transition and transformation. New technologies and an increasing focus on ‘whole of life’ systems are creating new opportunities and challenges in the day to day management of asset data. Technology is both simplifying and complicating the management of asset information as digitised systems provide practitioners with easier access to a greater amount of data. Additionally, many asset management practitioners are contending with an organisational culture in which asset management is undervalued and misunderstood.
Drawing on a wealth of experience from a number of senior asset management professionals from a variety of backgrounds, delegates will tackle key issues and discuss new technological concepts that will equip practitioners with newly evaluated and tested best practice solutions to common Asset Information Management problems. The 2nd Annual Asset Information Management Forum will facilitate an update of contemporary concepts and the unique challenges that the managers of asset strategy and management face. This is an ideal learning and networking opportunity for Asset Management professionals to discover new ways to add value and improve organisational decision making with regard to Asset Management and maintenance.
