This is not your normal wine tasting. We are pleased to have a local Chef at each location on Saturday afternoon, sampling traditional Thanksgiving foods with the perfect wines to choose from.

Thanksgiving is all about sharing good food and wine with family and friends. We at Peterson Wine Cellars and Peterson Spirits and Fine Wines want to help you have a wonderful Thanksgiving Celebration with wines paired specifically to your holiday fare. What better way to figure out what you personally like with the big bird!

Chef David from David’s on Jefferson Hill in downtown Naperville will be sampling:
• Roasted Turkey (Carved onsite)
• Oyster stuffing
• Homemade Cranberries
• Pumpkin Crème Brulee

Deb Delcorse from Via del Corso in Naperville (www.1viadelcorso.com) will be sampling a variety of gourmet Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars.

And don't forget, THE WINE

To accompany this fantastic sampling of Thanksgiving delights we will be pouring at both locations the perfect wines: Gewurztraminer, Riesling, Rose, Alsatian whites, Beaujolais, Sparkling, Burgundy, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel, Tawny Port, and much more.
