Thanksgiving Dinner at the Award-winning Ambrosia Restaurant November 27, 2008

The 4-course menu features a choice of starters including Ambrosia's Signature Shrimp Scampi, Maine Sea Scallops, Wild Boar and Sonoma Artisan Foie Gras. The next course offers a choice of a Ambrosia "Waldorf Salad" or Celery Root Veloute. Guests can pick from four featured entrees on the menu including Bourbon Red Heritage Turkey, Kurobuta Pork 'Chop', California Striped Bass and Entrecote of Prime Black Agnus Beef. The bountiful feast is concluded with dessert offerings of Pear and Pecan 'Crisp', Pumpkin Creme Brulee, Apple 'Upside-Down' Cake, and 'Nutella' Ice Cream Cake.

The Ambrosia Restaurant features hundreds of varieties of the finest international and domestic wines by the bottle and the glass. The international wine selection represents different regions of France, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, and more. Domestic wines are available from Napa, Sonoma, Alexander and Columbia Valleys, Washington, and more.

The world class Ambrosia Restaurant is located on the second floor of the OC Pavilion.
