On Saturday, November 10 from 11 am to 1 pm, Herring opens up Socca’s doors exclusively for this hands-on, interactive cooking (and dining) experience. Guests will start off by making brined turkey and brined pork chops – under the direction of chef. Then, everyone’s favorite side dish – stuffing…however this one kicked up a notch – made with Focaccia, fennel and roasted sausage. Herring will also top it all off with a harvest-style dessert, Baked Pumpkin Caramel Crunch….baked and served inside a hollowed-out pumpkin!
