Lake Chalet will be open on Thanksgiving, November 24, from 12:00 - 8:00 PM serving a prix fixe three-course menu for $43.00 per person, children under 12 for $19.00, all excluding tax and gratuity. Main course choices will include the Chalet traditional Turkey Dinner with dark and white turkey, bourbon gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans almondine, brioche stuffing, and cranberry sauce; Baked Vegetarian Strudel with roasted sunchokes, leeks, forest mushrooms, and cheese served on a bed of sautéed rainbow chard, with mushroom nage; Oven Roasted Australian Rack of Lamb with applewood smoked bacon, caramelized onion, cheese gratin and Kalamata olive jus; and Grilled Atlantic Salmon with roasted banana fingerling potatoes, sautéed French green beans and fresh salsa verde.
