Thai Massage is an ancient healing method originating in southeast Asia, which has been growing in popularity in North America over the last several years.
Thai massage treatments are administered on a floor mat, and the techniques are applied through clothing.
The participant in this course will learn how to apply manual techniques like presses, circles, rocking, squeezing and kneading and combine them with more complex meridian energy stretching techniques to form a flowing, full body routine.
The focus of the course is on demonstrations of the techniques and practical exchanges under the supervision of Thai Massage teacher.
