Texas Contemporary Art Fair October 21, 2011

The Brooklyn-based company artMRKT Productions who is proud to announce its inaugural Texas Contemporary art fair to take place in Houston from October 20 – 23, 2011 at the George R. Brown Convention Center, with a theme focused on energy and sustainability. artMRKT selected Texas for its third show of the year, as it is becoming more widely known for its vibrant art scene, zealous collectors, and authentic passion for contemporary art. Houston - the fourth largest city in America - will set the stage for this unforgettable art happening and new type of art fair. The opening night preview party will benefit the Contemporary Arts Museum Houston.
