Tesoro Winery "Ramped Up" Wine & Cheese Pairing May 17, 2010

Special pairings of four cheeses & wine and a blind tasting. Join us in our new barrel room-event center. Our Sommelier Chris Pagel will educate us on the wines, the cheese, why and how they pair well. Come learn why wine and cheese go together, and how to augment your skills at tasting both. He'll RAMP UP instruction on identifying flavors and learning about your palate. Learn the basics of blind tasting wines so that you can begin your own wine tastings at home! Cheeses presented by Temecula Valley Cheese Company. $35 per person includes a glass of champagne on arrival, four wines paired with four cheeses accompanied by nuts, dried fruit and bread, and a blind wine tasting. Seating is classroom style and is limited.
